Tracking family assets across borders

With increased mobility across borders, tracking down family assets in other countries is becoming increasingly important.

It is no longer just the very wealthy who hold property in different countries, and the need to identify assets across international borders is becoming a feature of more and more family law cases.

This has been a recent focus for Bruce Doyle, who chaired a session on this topic at a LAWASIA Family Law and Children’s Rights conference in Sapporo, Japan in June this year.

Bruce has now been invited to speak on the same topic at the International Malaysian Law Conference in Kuala Lumpur in September.  Bruce is looking forward to the opportunity to join with colleagues from Malaysia and beyond at this prestigious conference.
